"CLL was doing extremely well when he was placed at All4one, and this has been the only placement where we had seen such major improvements in his general wellbeing. The placement and social worker put a huge amount of time and effort into making a bespoke placement for Cll and I personally feel that it would not be easy to replicate the success they had elsewhere."
"All4One have been supporting a client in Supported Living for the past 18 months. At the centre of their sense of well-being has been their emotional welfare. All4One provided 24 hour support with a team who paid particular attention to building a strong, meaningful and empathetic rapport—offering the stability and security the client essentially needed. This ameliorated the root causes of the social problems at the heart of the client's challenging presentation, and enabled a pathway forward to finding a longer term solution."
"All4one listen to what you say about the client and their history. They are very effective at managing risks and putting in place strategies to allow the client to be heard whilst advocating at all times in their Best Interests. They are very pro-active in contacting MH services, reaching out to community activities, and helping families to be part of their loved one's care. They provide weekly reports, celebrate client's achievements, and help them achieve goals such as attending college. Staff are well trained and there is not a constant turnaround of staff, so clients feel very safe, secure and settled. They are an excellent provider, and the best that I have come across when working for clients 18-25 years old."
"All4one are particularly very good at their care plans, making sure it is person centered, and managing complex mental health needs and behaviour. They go above and beyond, and are always on top of managing situations before it escalates. Their staff are well trained and know their dos and don'ts. I really appreciate your hard and meaningful work in providing person centred support. Please keep up the good work and serve the community beyond and above."
"What keeps me going at All4One is the culture of care and growth. The residents aren't just supported—they're nurtured, and we get to see the best come out of them over time. The leadership team doesn't just manage from a distance; they're right there alongside us, offering guidance, training, and encouragement. I've learned so much since being here, and that high-level training has built my confidence as a support worker. For me, it's not just a job—it's about being part of a family. We are all from different cultures, backgrounds and have different experiences, but together we bring quality in care that makes a real difference. A resident who once believed education was never an option has, with our support and encouragement, gained the confidence to enrol and prepare for college—a milestone in both their learning and personal growth."
“All4One is home to me. I have been in over 20 placements and, for me, All4One is my final stop. I haven’t experienced care like this anywhere else.
What makes the difference is that I feel they genuinely care about me. I can call the Registered Manager and talk to her freely. She makes time for me, whether it’s taking me to the driving range, going for lunch or just having a conversation. My birthdays and Christmas are made special and I get lots of gifts. Those things might seem small to some people, but they mean a lot to me because they help me create happy memories instead of always remembering the difficult parts of my childhood.
The staff are like my best friends. I feel safe with them and I know I belong here. They go above and beyond to make sure I am okay. For the first time in a long time, I don’t feel like I’m just living in another placement. I feel like I’m part of a family. All4One is my home.”
“Before I came to All4One, I had become really withdrawn. I didn’t want to interact much with staff and I had stopped doing the things I used to love, like cooking, baking and writing. Sometimes I felt the only way I could get someone’s attention or show that I wasn’t okay was by harming myself. Things are very different now. The staff actually take time to sit with me and listen. Through my key-work sessions and therapy, they have encouraged me to start doing the things I love again. I’m baking, cooking and writing again, and I’m getting back into education. I feel so much better mentally. My incidents have reduced because now, when I’m struggling, I know I can talk to my staff or my therapist instead of keeping everything inside. One thing I really like is that they celebrate me when I achieve something. It makes me feel proud of myself and encourages me to keep going. They even helped me enrol at college. There was a time when I honestly thought going back into education would never happen for me. All4One is genuinely my home. I know the people here care about me, and I feel like I’m getting my life and the things I love back.”
“All4One is the first provider I have worked with where I have heard such positive feedback about the quality of care being discussed within a multidisciplinary meeting, particularly from our legal team. They spoke very highly of All4One and commented on the team’s dynamic and creative approach to supporting an individual with particularly complex needs. The team demonstrates an ability to adapt their approach as the individual’s presentation and needs change. Rather than relying on a single approach, they continually review risks, consider what is and is not working, and develop new strategies in collaboration with the wider professional network. Despite the complexities and challenges associated with the client, All4One has remained consistent, responsive and committed to achieving positive outcomes. Their flexibility and person-centred approach have made a significant difference to the sustainability of the placement.”
“I highly value our working relationship with All4One Services. They have supported us with a number of complex placements and have demonstrated a consistent willingness to work collaboratively with us to achieve positive outcomes. They have also been particularly responsive when we have required emergency placements, including situations where suitable provision has been difficult to identify at short notice. All4One look beyond the complexity presented within a referral and take the time to understand the individual, their needs and the risks involved. They are solution-focused, flexible and always willing to explore how a suitable package of support could be developed.”
“I had been searching for several weeks for an appropriate provider for an individual with particularly complex needs and had been unable to identify a suitable placement. Following my initial discussion with the All4One Manager, I felt confident that we had finally identified a provider willing to properly explore the referral. The team took time to review the documentation thoroughly and liaised with the other professionals within the individual’s care network to develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs, history and associated risks. They subsequently completed their own assessment and developed a detailed transition plan to support a safe and well-coordinated move into the placement.
“Communication from All4One has been consistent and transparent. The weekly summaries are particularly valuable as they provide a structured overview of the individual’s wellbeing, activities, engagement, incidents, identified risks and progress towards agreed outcomes. The reporting also captures positive achievements and developments rather than focusing solely on areas of concern. This provides a more balanced picture of the individual’s progress and enables me to remain informed between formal reviews.
“I like that All4One has clear focus on outcomes and progression. The support provided is not simply about maintaining an individual within a placement; there is a clear emphasis on developing skills and maximising independence. My client AS was supported to develop practical life skills, engage within her communities, build confidence and work towards her goals to independence. There was clear sense of progression
“The transition from hospital environment into supported living required careful planning and a gradual approach. All4One contributes to the discharge planning attending ward rounds to ensure smooth transition. The team worked collaboratively with the professional network throughout the transition and I was impressed with the care planning and task assessment .
“As a mum, seeing my son L becoming more independent means so much to me. Before, there were many things I worried they might never be able to do for himself . The staff don’t just do everything for him because it’s quicker or easier. They are patient and encourage him to have a go, even if it takes longer. I’ve watched his confidence grow with basic things like shopping and cooking and it’s lovely to see.”
“Before my son came to All4One, he relied on me so much that going away on holiday was extremely difficult. I was always worried about leaving him and whether he would cope without me. Since being supported by All4One, I have seen such a difference in him. He has become more settled and has developed a trusting relationship with the staff. For the first time, I was able to go away on holiday for two weeks knowing that he was safe and well supported. That might sound like a small thing, but as a mother and someone who has been so involved in his care for a long time , it meant so much. I could actually go away and have a break knowing he was in good hands. Seeing him becoming less dependent on me has given me reassurance about his future and allowed me to have some of my own life back too.” “It means so much to me to finally see my son settled in one place for over a year. Before All4One, he moved from placement to placement, sometimes lasting less than three months, which made it very difficult for us to have a proper relationship. I can now visit him and he seems so much happier and settled. His behaviours have reduced, and I was really impressed by how clean, homely and well looked after his home is. Being invited to celebrate Christmas with him was very special for me. I could see the genuine care the staff have for my son. I just wish there were more providers like All4One.”
